Holiday Premium (add $10/day). 100% of all Holiday premiums are paid directly to our team members… we love them and appreciate their dedication as much as you do!
Our Holiday Schedule: New Year’s Eve, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Day.
Extra Key pick-up or drop-offs (outside of our first complimentary Meet & Greet): $25
Extra Meet & Greets (outside of our first complimentary Meet & Greet): $25
Pet Taxi Service is available for $30/hr
Key copies. We request that you provide us with 2 keys at the time of our initial visit. If you only have one available, we are able to make copies for you, and will pass the direct cost through to you, plus a $15 service fee.
Cancellations with less than 24-hours notice will be charged 100% of the service fee for that day, 25 to 72-hour notice will result in a 50% service charge.
There may be situations where we will be required to add time to your visit in order to properly and safely care for your pet (Urgent care or Emergency transport to your vet). These situations are uncommon, and we will always discuss an event with you as they arise. Please know that we will never leave your pet stranded and will follow the details of your preferences in your Veterinary Release Agreement.
Customers are responsible for paying all bank or merchant fees and late fees incurred if there is any issue processing your payment for services rendered.
Payments are due on, or prior to, the first day of service for vacation care. Daily Dog walks are billed monthly.
